📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end ideation, rapid prototyping (PoCs), and validation of generative AI use cases within engineering workflows. • Define hypotheses, establish success metrics, and run experiments (A/B tests/offline evaluations) using rigorous, data-driven measurement. • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership; iterate toward production-ready solutions. • Design and implement AI agents and agent factories (multi-tool, multi-step, guardrailed) using Python and Node.js. • Implement orchestration using frameworks and protocols (e.g., LangChain/LangGraph, MCP — Model Context Protocol). • Integrate AI workflows into CI/CD pipelines and build reusable components and templates for scale. • Work hands-on with multiple large language models and providers (OpenAI/Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and open-source models such as Llama and Mistral). • Partner with Engineering, Platform, Developer Experience, Finance, and Operations teams to embed AI in delivery workflows. • Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences to drive alignment and adoption. • Engage with clients as needed (occasional onsite presence) for discovery, workshops, demos, and rollout. • Maintain concise documentation for architectures, prompts/agents, evaluation methods, and operational playbooks.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • Strong backend development experience, with proficiency in Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot. • Proven experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs, microservices architectures, and distributed systems. • Hands-on experience with messaging technologies (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka, EventHub) and event-driven architectures. • Practical experience or a strong interest in integrating AI solutions into development processes, including prompt engineering and related generative AI techniques. • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (e.g., Git), and Agile methodologies. • Advanced English proficiency to read technical documentation and communicate with international teams. • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, performant code. • Not required, but a plus: • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization and orchestration technologies. • Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. • Exposure to AI agents or projects involving generative AI. • Understanding of security best practices and data privacy regulations to ensure robust, compliant solutions.
