📋 Description

• Develop and maintain scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL, and custom metadata types. • Build automation using Flows and declarative tools, API Integrations, and Mulesoft. • Participate in code reviews, Salesforce Change Sets, and CI/CD pipelines (Copado, Gearset). • Ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices and security standards. • Enhance Sales Cloud functionalities, including Lead/Opportunity lifecycle management and custom quote flows. • Support Service Cloud features, focusing on Case Management and Omni-Channel Routing. • Customize Experience Cloud portals with Lightning components and branded user experiences.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep expertise across Salesforce Core Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience). • Proficiency in Salesforce development tools and technologies including Apex, LWC, and SOQL. • Experience with automation tools and API integrations. • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and security standards. • Advanced English communication skills. • Familiarity with Data Cloud and Agentforce. • Exposure to CTI integrations, Einstein Bots, and Service Console enhancements.
