📋 Description

• Proactively reach out to clients through outbound calls • Suggest new and existing financial services products aligned with clients’ financial goals • Share knowledge of products and campaigns with clients • Engage clients in meaningful conversations and understand their financial needs • Provide timely information and resolutions to client issues • Focus on each client experience and connect on a personal level • Listen, ask questions, and recommend appropriate financial solutions • Work with the team to connect clients with the right people and opportunities • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CIBC’s financial product offerings • Navigate multiple software applications and dual monitors

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in French and English to support business operations outside of Quebec, Canada • Ability to work independently from home as an Agent@Home • Secure workspace in a room or office with a door that closes off noise and distractions • Wired internet connection with minimum 15 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds • Satellite internet service providers are prohibited • Flexibility to work Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM • Ability to navigate multiple software applications and dual monitors • Legally eligible to work at the specified location and, where applicable, possess a valid work or study permit • Ability to attend the primary CIBC location within two hours upon request • Availability for a six-month contract • Ability to complete an attribute-based assessment, skills tests, and French proficiency assessment if requested
