📋 Description

• Join our Advice & Practice Excellence team reporting into the Senior Manager, Mobile Insurance Specialist Group. • Provide highly specialized creditor insurance sales support to the Mobile Mortgage Advisors. • Influence the sale of creditor insurance by focusing on client need, offering solutions and providing deeper advice with every client interaction. • Partner strategically with the Mobile Sales Force leadership team to support their goals. • Support the Insurance Product team to support changes, product launches and stay ahead of the industry.

🎯 Requirements

• Relationship Management – Meet and communicate with Regional Directors, Area Sales Managers and Mortgage Advisors • Business Development - Deeply understand your team, create a plan that will support Mortgages Advisors and their sales practices • Client Engagement – Establish and build relationships with CIBC internal business partners including Insurance Product Group and the Insurance Helpline. Leverage this to support escalations and ensure your teams are compliant under Federal Regulations. • Mandarin language is an asset
