CIEE Council on International Educational Exchange is a nonprofit organization (founded in 1947) that organizes and facilitates international educational and cultural exchange programs. 📋 Description

• Lead an on-the-ground team focused on placement growth and support of hosts, participants, and community members • Own the annual growth plan for the Cape Cod territory and set regional targets for host retention, placements, and new business • Manage sales to new hosts, renew and grow existing host relationships, and source host families • Launch and lead the Summer Work and Travel Host Family Recruitment initiative • Set individualized sales goals and pipeline targets and coach team members • Recruit, hire, and onboard regional staff • Create outreach strategies to engage new hosts and renew existing relationships • Develop and deploy host-centric community events • Provide account management to regional host accounts and identify growth and retention opportunities • Lead executive-level relationships with major host accounts and build partnerships with chambers of commerce, community organizations, and housing partners • Track and report sales and placement results and adjust tactics to ensure success • Manage the regional budget and resources • Consult with hosts on hiring strategies and provide guidance to maximize placement results • Work cross-functionally with compliance, participant services, and internal teams • Ensure a high-quality stakeholder experience through proactive communication and support, measured by NPS results

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required • A minimum of 7-10 years of previous sales success required; B2B and human capital solutions preferred • A minimum of 5 years of people management experience preferred • Ability to draw conclusions and create strategy based on metrics • Strong verbal and written communication skills required • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail required • Proactive and preference for working in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work with remote field staff • Ability to investigate and analyze information to draw conclusions and solve problems efficiently • Energetic, personable, goal, and team-oriented • Tolerance for ambiguity and a sense of humor • Technology proficiency required; experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Suite, and Teams preferred • Innovative, creative, and flexible to a changing environment • Passion for CIEE's mission and global exchange • Must be located in Cape Cod, Massachusetts • Background check, reference check, and education and employment verification required as conditions of employment
