📋 Description
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and variance reports. • Manage full month-end close: accruals, reclasses, journal entries, reconciliations. • Review resident billing, rent rolls, census, and revenue for accuracy. • Oversee accounts payable coding and monitor spending vs. budget. • Support ownership reporting, lender requirements, and audit processes. • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required. • 3–5+ years of property accounting experience; senior living preferred. • Strong GAAP knowledge and monthly close experience. • Advanced Excel skills; Yardi, PCC, QuickBooks or similar experience preferred. • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
