📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks across APIs, services, and user interfaces • Embed quality practices early by partnering with engineers during design and implementation • Champion shift-left testing and test-driven development practices • Build test strategies aligned to microservices, event-driven systems, and distributed architectures • Develop automated tests for functional, integration, performance, and reliability scenarios • Ensure test coverage supports rapid delivery without creating brittle or slow pipelines • Partner with CI/CD teams to integrate automated testing into continuous delivery workflows • Improve observability and diagnostics to support faster defect detection and resolution • Collaborate with engineers to improve system testability, resilience, and design clarity • Contribute to defining quality standards and patterns used across teams • Mentor other engineers on quality engineering and testing practices

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, test automation, or SDET roles • Strong programming skills in one or more modern languages • Experience designing and maintaining automated test frameworks • Solid understanding of API testing, service-level testing, and distributed systems • Experience testing event-driven and asynchronous systems • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated quality gates • Experience working with relational databases and validating data integrity • Exposure to cloud-native systems and SaaS architectures
