• Analyze, design, implement, and maintain complex systems that greatly improve clinical care and patient management. • Support system testing and document testing outcomes. • Drive process improvement efforts and demonstrate advanced problem solving and technical skills. • Lead complex initiatives and mentor team members to ensure EMR systems support patient care. • Conduct professional development sessions and maintain positive relationships internally and externally. • Develop and manage project plans for new EMR requests and coordinate communication between internal and external parties.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience. • 5+ years of work experience in a related job discipline. • Epic certification in the supported application(s) is preferred; certification required within six (6) months of the start date if not certified at the time of hire. • Epic Build/Maintenance experience. • Experience working with Home Care and Hospice teams in patient homes. • Advanced problem-solving skills. • Critical thinking skills. • Ability to work independently.
