📋 Description

• Prepare and maintain standardized reporting packages across multiple CPG practices • Leverage automation to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and ensure data accuracy • Support standardized financial reporting, revenue reviews, and analytical processes • Perform variance analysis and root cause investigations across revenue, expenses, and headcount • Partner with Commercial Finance leaders to analyze performance, identify trends, and deliver financial insights • Pilot new reporting, AI, and automation tools • Partner with Accounting to resolve variances between reporting systems • Support headcount planning, revenue reporting, month-end financial packages, and ad hoc analyses • Assist with business cases and strategic reporting initiatives, including Complete Food and Complete Beauty programs • Support rollout and adoption of reporting tools, templates, and standardized processes • Create documentation and provide user training • Assist with account transfer validation activities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field • 2–4 years of experience in finance, FP&A, commercial finance, revenue analytics, or reporting • Advanced Excel proficiency, including complex formulas, Power Query, large datasets, reporting automation, and financial analysis • Experience developing or automating recurring reporting using Power Query, Power BI, Excel add-ins, or similar workflow automation solutions • Strong analytical skills for investigating variances, identifying business drivers, and translating findings into actionable insights • Experience working with large datasets to analyze trends and support decision-making • Ability to create, document, and standardize reporting processes • Comfort using Microsoft Copilot and AI assistants for analysis, reporting, and documentation • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize effectively • Strong communication and collaboration skills across Finance, Accounting, and Commercial teams • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Workday Adaptive Planning experience is a plus • Willingness to work within the Central Time Zone • Employment may be conditional upon successful completion of a background check
