• Setting the strategy, agenda and execution for earnings, M&A, and corporate news communications • Building and deploying project teams for major moments • Owning all NY-based media relationships • Leading M&A communications • Collaborating with the Sr. Director, Public Affairs and Reputation Management
🎯 Requirements
• 12+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a related field • Demonstrated track record at a publicly traded or pre-IPO company • Experience with M&A communications • Familiarity with generative AI models • Established relationships with Tier 1 financial and business media • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
