📋 Description

• Help the team accomplish daily production, quality, and safety requirements • Follow safety guidelines and day-to-day operational requirements • Attend scheduled training and safety classes • Contribute to team efforts and maintain a positive, safe work environment • Diagnose issues on hot beverage equipment using a multimeter, basic diagnostic tools, and service manuals • Complete assigned work and associated paperwork • Communicate professionally with customers and provide excellent customer service • Provide equipment training as needed to ensure quality beverage delivery • Maintain service vehicle and inventory to company standards • Work with minimum direction and periodic supervision • Responsible for multiple locations in Oakbrook, Illinois

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED • 2-5 years’ experience with hot beverage dispensing equipment is preferred but not required • Basic computer/smartphone skills and own a smartphone • Valid driver’s license and be insurable as a driver • Ability to travel to stores and occasionally out of town • Ability to work alone • Ability to receive and complete work orders via e-mail • Ability to use a multimeter and other basic diagnostic tools with service manuals • Ability to follow in-house ticketing and work tracking procedures • Ability to communicate professionally with customers • Ability to lift/carry up to 80 lbs, push/pull up to 30 lbs, climb ladders, and sit, stand, and walk for extended periods • Ability to work in extreme hot or cold temperatures
