📋 Description

• Helps team accomplish daily production, quality and safety requirements. • Follows safety guidelines and job requirements utilized in day-to-day operations. • Must be able to receive and complete work orders via e-mail. • Attends and participates in scheduled training and safety classes. • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as required. • Must promote a positive and safe work environment for the entire team. • Must be able to follow state, federal and company guidelines. • Ability to use a multimeter and other basic diagnostic tools to diagnose issues on hot beverage equipment in conjunction with service manuals to find the most-cost effective repair. • Completes all assigned work and associated paperwork. • Ability to follow in-house ticketing and work tracking procedures. • Ability to communicate professionally with customers at all levels and strong desire to provide excellent customer service. • Provide equipment training as needed to ensure quality beverage delivery to your customers. • Effectively maintain your service vehicle and inventory to company standards.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED. • 2-5 year's experience with hot beverage dispensing equipment is preferred but not required. • Must possess basic computer/smartphone skills and own a smartphone. • Possess valid drivers’ license and be insurable as a driver. • Ability to travel to stores and occasionally out of town. • Ability to work alone.
