Circular Action Alliance is a nonprofit, producer-led Producer Responsibility Organization (PRO) that coordinates and implements extended producer responsibility (EPR) and stewardship programs for paper and packaging across multiple U. S. states. CAA provides harmonized compliance services, producer registration and reporting, program administration, and stakeholder engagement to advance an efficient, effective circular economy for packaging materials.

📋 Description

• Improve backend IT infrastructure environments, including Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Power BI, Azure Fabric, and development initiatives • Design architectures and manage products in collaboration with company leaders • Implement infrastructure and technology solutions • Administer M365 services, including Copilot/Agents, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Power BI, Docusign, and Kiteworks • Assess existing environments and identify improvements • Evaluate new technologies and trends and recommend positive company applications • Design solutions and lead staff in implementation through mentorship and guidance • Bridge technical staff and business leadership • Increase IT department efficiency by streamlining and automating processes • Provide technical direction on system implementation • Drive integration plans for new infrastructure systems • Design and implement virtual infrastructure • Collaborate with the IT Operations Architect to implement platform standards, reference architectures, and operational best practices • Ensure infrastructure designs use a security-first approach • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing, implementing, and/or managing enterprise IT systems • 3+ years administering M365/Azure infrastructure in medium to large enterprise environments • Working knowledge of server and cloud architectures • Experience with large-scale implementations and integrations of corporate IT systems • Experience with environments leveraging Azure cloud components • Security-first focus • Current knowledge of modern technologies • Systematic and transparent problem-solving approach • Collaborative approach to sharing ideas, soliciting and integrating feedback, designing, and solving • Software engineering, automation, and security mindsets • Attention to detail • MS Certifications welcome
