• Build and foster strong relationships with Producers through customizable service • Analyze submitted Producer supply data reports for accuracy • Oversee report preparation and methodology, explaining contractual requirements • Communicate policies, rules, and legislation related to recycling and fees
• Post secondary education/Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Business Administration or Customer Service Management • 2+ years of progressive customer service and account management experience required • Knowledge of CRM, managing customer behaviour and conflicts • Experience with client relationship building in a call center or similar environment • Preference for candidates with understanding of AI concepts • Bilingualism in French and English is an asset • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong Excel skills and comfortable learning new online tools • Strong research capabilities and documentation skills • Interest in environmental issues and how businesses contribute to good environmental performance
• Overtime in peak reporting season • Remote work from a Canadian home office environment • Flexibility with staggered shift schedules to support accounts across multiple time zones
