• Define and communicate the technical product vision in alignment with company objectives • Understand emerging technology trends and influence product strategy • Develop and maintain a product roadmap based on technology advancements, market analysis, stakeholder needs, and company objectives • Prioritize features and improvements based on business and technical considerations • Gather, analyze, define, and prioritize technical and functional requirements with customers, business teams, and developers • Translate business requirements and user stories into technical specifications • Assist teams in resolving complex technical challenges through user-needs and product-vision insights • Make trade-off decisions between technical constraints and product features • Oversee the product lifecycle from concept through launch and beyond • Engage customers, partners, senior leadership, and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and communicate product strategy • Identify technical and market risks and develop mitigation strategies • Establish continuous product-feedback channels and make pivots or iterations based on feedback and market dynamics • Use metrics and analytics to assess product performance and inform decisions • Ensure comprehensive product and feature documentation for technical and non-technical audiences • Develop functional and technical understanding of offerings to identify optimization and innovation opportunities • Stay current with technological trends, tools, and best practices • Collaborate across Engineering, Operations, Marketing, Product, Project Management, Data Management, System Architecture, Solution Design & Development, and Security • Coordinate efforts under architectural and portfolio governance • Manage projects across Canada and adapt to multiple time zones when necessary
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in technical product management in a progressive and technology-oriented company • Strong knowledge of SaaS technologies, particularly CRM and ERP solutions • Experience developing and executing product strategies, creating roadmaps, and delivering successful products • Proven innovation, communication, product management, and leadership skills • Experience in a fast-paced, regulatory environment • Ability to translate technical concepts into actionable product plans • Excellent project management skills and experience delivering complex technical products on time and within scope • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to conduct user and stakeholder research and translate insights into product improvements • Analytical skills and proficiency using data for informed decisions and continuous improvement • Experience with development methodologies and product management tools • Strategic and innovative thinking; ability to define annual roadmaps aligned with organizational goals • Knowledge of architectural and portfolio governance • Residency in Canada is required • Ability to adapt to multiple time zones when necessary • Flexibility to work extended hours during peak operational periods
