📋 Description

• Support the implementation and ongoing administration of the producer compliance program. • Conduct compliance reviews and assist with audits to assess adherence to regulatory and program requirements. • Monitor producer reporting and documentation to identify discrepancies or potential compliance risks. • Assist in preparing compliance reports, findings, and documentation for internal review. • Support communications with producers regarding compliance inquiries, documentation requests, and corrective actions. • Track regulatory changes and assist in updating compliance procedures and internal documentation accordingly. • Assist in maintaining compliance policies, procedures, and tracking tools. • Support cross-functional collaboration to gather information required for compliance assessments. • Maintain accurate records of compliance activities, audits, and follow-up actions. • Assist in preparing materials for regulatory reviews or inquiries. • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Producer Compliance function.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Environmental Studies, Business, Compliance, or a related field. • Professional certification in compliance (e.g., CCEP) considered an asset. • 3+ years of experience in compliance, regulatory support, audit, or related roles. • Experience working within regulated environments preferred. • Understanding of regulatory compliance principles and risk management practices. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with audit or tracking tools.
