📋 Description

• Design and maintain role-based Workday security structures using the principle of least privilege • Handle the full lifecycle of user access and proactively resolve access issues • Lead regular security audits • Collaborate with partners on data privacy, regulatory compliance, and segregation of duties • Supervise Workday releases • Lead security enhancements to improve efficiency, scalability, and future readiness • Maintain clear security documentation • Guide multifunctional teams through security best practices and system updates • Collaborate with HR, IT, and Compliance teams to secure data and enable workforce access

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, HR, Business, or a related field—or an equivalent combination of professional experience and continuous learning • 3 to 4+ years of experience with Workday security • Experience with Workday security domains, business process policies, and security group configuration • Experience handling critical and confidential information with professional integrity and care • Expertise using Microsoft Excel and other data tools for security audits, trend analysis, and documentation • Preferred: Workday Security Administration experience and familiarity with HCM, Payroll, or Financials • Preferred: Relevant professional certifications • Preferred: Experience with SOX, GDPR, global audit activities, Prism Analytics, or Adaptive Planning • Preferred: Interest in AI advancements and experience using ChatGPT to streamline analysis and automate tasks • Preferred: Experience working in an Agile environment using Jira and participating in two sprints • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
