📋 Description
• Handle incoming claims (ROCs – Record of Change), reviewing and liaising with customers • Liaise with on-site staff to understand claim details • Investigate and resolve customer complaints • Manage new job entries, contact customers, and schedule technician appointments • Update systems daily with claims progress and revised finish dates • Communicate with field staff on claims progression • Upload RAMs (Risk Assessment and Method Statements) for job resketchments
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 1 year experience as a claims handler in insurance • Experience with flood/fire and domestic property claims is ideal • Comfortable managing detail and keeping accurate records
