⢠Own a core product domain end-to-end from discovery and requirements definition through delivery and iteration ⢠Partner closely with engineering leads throughout product development ⢠Involve engineering partners early and often in customer conversations and solutioning ⢠Engage deeply with customers and internal stakeholders to uncover root problems ⢠Translate ambiguity into clear, well-reasoned product direction ⢠Remove roadblocks, make tradeoffs, and keep work moving in a fast-moving, resource-constrained environment ⢠Balance input across engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success ⢠Drive aligned, high-quality outcomes ⢠Contribute to building Clarium's product practice, processes, norms, and ways of working
⢠Strong product sense and problem-solving skills ⢠Proven ability to lead discovery and define requirements ⢠Ability to bring structure to ambiguous problem spaces ⢠Track record of strong execution in complex environments ⢠Ability to remove roadblocks and make thoughtful tradeoffs ⢠Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with engineering ⢠Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment ⢠Experience in healthcare technology, particularly enterprise workflows and complex system integrations ⢠Familiarity with driving change within large healthcare organizations ⢠Hands-on experience integrating with Epic or other large enterprise healthcare systems (nice to have) ⢠Experience building AI-powered products or working on agentic tooling (nice to have) ⢠Background at a company selling into top health systems (nice to have) ⢠Knowledge of enterprise product management ⢠Knowledge of healthcare workflows ⢠Knowledge of cross-functional stakeholder management ⢠Knowledge of discovery and requirements definition ⢠Familiarity with Epic integrations, AI/LLM product development, and agentic workflows (nice to know) ⢠Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
