📋 Description

• Mine, clean, and analyze complex datasets to identify trends, build predictive data models, and deliver strategic insights • Define, track, and report on key leading and lagging performance indicators for the RevOps and broader GTM organizations • Own and manage the deployment of interactive dashboards, document data definitions, and maintain reporting infrastructure as a single source of truth • Partner with Finance and other business units to support data requests, align key metrics, and streamline cross-functional workflows • Translate intricate data findings into clear, executive-ready recommendations supporting strategic decision-making • Partner cross-functionally with leadership, Finance, and GTM teams to drive GTM strategy and execution

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field • 3–5 years of relevant professional work experience in data analysis, data science, or revenue operations • Proven experience working directly within a RevOps or GTM function (Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success operations) • Demonstrated experience building sophisticated data models, managing data definitions, and maintaining BI infrastructure • Hands-on experience with modern forecasting and revenue analytics tools (e.g., Clari, Databricks) preferred • Familiarity with leveraging AI technologies and machine learning tools for predictive data analysis preferred • Strong SQL skills and experience managing enterprise BI tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Looker) preferred
