📋 Description

• Guide energy teams in identifying, evaluating, and implementing energy efficiency activities in commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities. • Help program participants apply the principles of continuous improvement to energy management through group workshops and individual coaching.

🎯 Requirements

• Continuous Improvement, change management, or Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles is preferred. • Motivate and coach plant/facility management and teams • Guide the development of overall continuous improvement plans • Facilitate training workshops and onsite energy audits and other one-on-one events • Analyze performance of industrial processes using monitoring equipment and statistical analysis • Write reports for technical and non-technical audiences • Conduct site walk-throughs to identify energy savings opportunities • Develop site improvement plans
