📋 Description

• Act as a local on-site program and company representative to residential customers. • Educate power utility customers on Energy Waste Reduction. • Install basic energy-efficient equipment, and inspect customers’ homes for insulation, air sealing, HVAC equipment and make recommendations for saving energy and money. • Work directly with our Utility Client's diverse, multi-lingual customer base. • Maintain equipment and company vehicle (good driving record too). • Climb ladders up to 10’ and lift / carry 50 lbs. • Conduct installation of basic residential energy efficiency upgrades – training provided. • Provide technical advice, guidance, and training on installation, adaptation, configuration, or enhancement in accordance with client specifications – training provided. • Provide input and status updates to program staff regarding project scope, planning, and effectiveness of products. • Provide technical expertise to identify, analyze and resolve issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of relevant industry experience preferred. • Comfortable using computers and various software. • Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn. • High school diploma or GED required. • Associates Degree w/relevant industry technical certification/training preferred. • BPI Certified preferred.
