📋 Description

• Review and assess program applications for completeness and eligibility against program requirements. • Respond to applicant inquiries and support email communications. • Track application status and maintain accurate records in internal trackers. • Support updates and improvements to tracking tools and processes. • Provide general administrative and operational support to the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in administrative support, operations, or customer service. • Strong attention to detail and ability to review and process information accurately. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel experience is beneficial). • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment. • Experience in energy efficiency or related programs is an asset.
