📋 Description

• Process and validate energy rebate requests through data entry • Meet outlined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Contribute to process improvements in a team-based environment • Maintain at least 90% production standards • Maintain a 99% accuracy rating and minimize critical errors per month • Follow standard operating procedures • Maintain a high level of professionalism • Develop new skills for new programs and tasks to meet supervisor-set utilization goals • Work on the Integrated Customer Service (ICS) team to meet program deliverables by processing rebates accurately

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in data entry a plus • Resourceful and inquisitive with high energy • Strong organizational skills • Experience with Microsoft office applications a plus • Flexibility with schedule; split shifts may be required • Schedule may change with minimal notice • May be asked to work evenings and/or Saturdays during increased volume • Internet speed of at least 10 Mbps upload / 20 Mbps download / 99% latency • Ability to hardwire internet directly to router • Dedicated home office space free of personal disruptions • Two power connections • Ability to remain on the phone throughout the entirety of the shift • If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations • Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located without employer sponsorship or support • Successful hires must pass pre-employment checks
