📋 Description
• Lead all financial functions, including accounting, financial reporting, accounts payable, and payroll • Oversee monthly close, internal/external reporting, and financial systems • Prepare and review GAAP‑compliant financial statements and month‑end workpapers • Strengthen policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure accurate and timely reporting • Support audits, tax preparation, budgeting, and lender reporting • Conduct analytical reviews of balance sheets, income statements, and cash flows • Manage ASC842 lease accounting and monitor banking covenants • Maintain confidentiality, uphold safety standards, and complete required training • Directs all treasury functions, including lending, cash flow forecasting, and compliance with debt covenant
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, with an Accounting emphasis • CPA required • 10+ years in accounting/finance, including 2 years in public accounting preferred • 5+ years in a managerial role • 5+ years of healthcare industry experience • Expertise in accounting principles, financial processes, and documentation standards • Strong MS Office skills
