📋 Description

• Support the overall database needs of the Enterprise • Support creation of analytics and .NET applications using databases such as MS SQL and/or Teradata • Develop, maintain and enhance databases and applications for internal purposes and customer reporting • Work on multiple projects and support areas of subject matter expertise • Work in a team of database developers, software developers, and business analysts • Deliver database analytics and web-based applications • Administer existing databases and analyze, design, and create new databases • Perform data modeling, database optimization, schema implementation, and interpret and write complex code • Monitor systems for optimum performance and capacity constraints • Design, implement and support ETL processes • Establish database development standards, documentation and best practices • Support existing production databases and processes across multiple projects • Perform support, development and administrative activities as required • Provide periodic on-call duty to support department 7x24x365 applications • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (additional database development experience may offset the degree requirement) • Three years of database development (e.g., MS SQL and/or Teradata, Snowflake) or DBT and Airflow experience • Solid understanding of databases and .NET computing environment concepts • Excellent knowledge of current technologies and project management skills • Diverse technology background required • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Must reside in Ohio, Nevada or Florida • Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. • Must comply with the influenza prevention program, including annual vaccination or approved exemption • Must complete post-offer controlled-substance testing
