📋 Description

• Provide financial or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) data, metrics and standard/ad hoc reporting to support organizational needs • Prepare, analyze and communicate key financial information • Support management and staff regarding financial reporting and other issues • Assist with budget preparation, compliance review and financial planning processes • Retrieve and manipulate complex information using database tools such as SAS and Teradata • Consult with all levels of management to provide decision support for initiatives, policies and procedures • Perform special projects and duties related to research, forecasting and conflict resolution • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field and four years of financial, revenue cycle management, or general analytical experience • OR Master’s degree and three years of experience • OR Cleveland Clinic Finance Fellow experience and three years of experience • Ability to complete sophisticated analytical, consultative and information support through analysis and report preparation • Ability to lead projects and people • Strong understanding of key performance indicators, cash flow analysis, product line analysis and proposal development • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods • Ability to work with physical records or operate a computer or other office equipment • Candidates must reside in Cleveland, Ohio • Required compliance with the influenza prevention program, including annual vaccination or an approved exemption • Must complete post-offer controlled-substance testing
