📋 Description

• Research, develop, administer, and evaluate programs and projects for the Division • Coordinate enterprise-wide AI governance activities • Oversee coordination and review of AI implementations across the organization • Promote AI literacy • Collaborate with senior medical and administrative leaders on enterprise strategies and budget management • Serve as Operational Co-Chair of Cleveland Clinic’s AI Task Force • Coordinate with organizational stakeholders • Partner with Compliance and Legal to ensure responsible AI implementation • Develop and scale processes for AI requests • Refine and maintain enterprise AI governance frameworks and processes • Develop and update AI policies in response to industry changes • Monitor the evolving AI regulatory landscape • Represent Cleveland Clinic at AI governance forums • Promote responsible AI practices using frameworks such as the NIST AI Risk Management Framework • Act as primary liaison for highly complex, organization-wide initiatives • Set goals and timelines for initiatives • Create plans to meet objectives • Define metrics, baselines, and targets • Communicate plans and status to stakeholders, sponsors, and executive leadership • Drive accountability across project teams • Incorporate results into daily business practices • Create systems and processes to measure results over time • Research, analyze, compile data, and advise Division leadership on short- and long-term strategies • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare or a related field • Ten years of relevant experience • Three years of managing large projects • Leadership experience over complex projects or a team of professionals • Experience planning and implementing systems and procedures • Must reside in Ohio • Ability to work remotely Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. • Approximately 5% travel as needed • Ability to operate a personal computer and other office and laboratory equipment • Must be able to sit for one hour or more • Must be able to work under stressful conditions • Compliance with annual influenza vaccination program or approved exemption • Master’s Degree preferred • Experience leading or supporting AI governance programs, preferably in healthcare or another regulated industry • Knowledge of responsible AI frameworks, AI policy development, AI risk management, bias mitigation, compliance, privacy, and enterprise stakeholder management
