📋 Description

• Work closely with CEO to help shape strategy and build data into all workflows • Own the data function end-to-end while leading a high-leverage team • Push what's possible with AI and help transform the company into a closed loop system • Build and ship AI tools, leading high-leverage investigations and audits

🎯 Requirements

• ~10 years of experience at high growth consumer companies • Strong product and business sense • Ability to architect and build robust data pipelines, experimentation infrastructure, metrics dashboards and monitoring tools • Experience with SQL • Excellent communication skills • Ability to act like an owner and have a bias towards action
