📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our dynamic team. • As an integral part of the Human Resources department, you will provide essential administrative support and contribute to creating a positive employee experience. • This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions and grow your career in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. • Support the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, both physical and digital. • Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. • Coordinate new hire onboarding, including paperwork, orientation, and benefits enrollment. • Administer employee benefits programs and answer employee inquiries regarding benefits and policies. • Assist with payroll processing by collecting time and attendance data and ensuring accuracy. • Support HR initiatives and projects, such as performance reviews, training programs, and employee engagement activities. • Respond to employee inquiries and provide exceptional customer service. • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations. • Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in Human Resources or a related field preferred. • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • A positive attitude and a team-oriented approach. • Knowledge of basic labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
