📋 Description

• Pull together and analyze data from multiple systems and sources to create a reliable, consolidated view of business performance • Build and maintain scalable dashboards and reporting for MBRs/QBRs, Sales, Marketing, funnel performance, customer trends, and product usage • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business questions and identify meaningful metrics • Develop and maintain data models and reporting structures • Establish data validation and quality-control processes • Work with Data Engineers and technical partners to identify data gaps and improve data collection and availability • Translate complex datasets into clear insights, trends, and actionable recommendations • Query and manipulate data using SQL and other analytical tools • Build dashboards and visualizations for teams and leaders • Define, document, and standardize business metrics and reporting methodologies • Investigate data discrepancies and improve data quality • Support recurring executive and leadership reporting, including monthly and quarterly business reviews • Respond to ad hoc analytical requests and turn repeat questions into scalable reporting solutions • Continuously improve dashboards, reporting workflows, and analytical processes

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, business analytics, or a related role, ideally within a SaaS or technology environment • Strong SQL skills and experience working with large or complex datasets • Experience with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or similar platforms • Experience building dashboards and reports using BI and visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Sigma, Metabase, or similar • Strong understanding of data modeling, metric definitions, and reporting best practices • Experience combining and reconciling data across multiple business systems such as CRM, product analytics, marketing, billing, finance, or customer success platforms • Strong analytical judgment and ability to determine meaningful information • Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical approaches • Strong attention to detail and high standards for data accuracy and reliability • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to explain data and insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders • Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and business teams • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment
