• Manage the overall Human Resources (HR) strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across Codekeeper • Oversee recruitment activities, including sourcing, attracting, screening, interviewing, and assessing potential candidates, and onboarding new employees • Collaborate with department managers to define role requirements • Conduct initial screening calls and evaluate candidates based on established criteria • Present job offers to successful candidates, detailing position terms, remuneration, and benefits • Explore new platforms, tools, and strategies to enhance recruitment processes • Document procedures and workflows in the HR Recruitment Folder • Develop, structure, and document HR procedures aligned with company policies • Manage onboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition for new hires • Organize three online team gatherings and one offline team event per year to foster engagement and a strong company culture

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 1–2 years in a similar HR or recruitment role • Background in recruitment, with experience in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates • Experience in performance coaching • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal • Ability to adapt and multitask in a fast-paced environment • Strong organizational, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
