âą Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into effective Oracle HRMS solutions. âą Demonstrate expert knowledge of Oracle HRMS functional modules and HCM business process cycles. âą Design and build end-to-end business process cycles, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and HRMS capabilities. âą Analyze and validate solution feasibility (solution doability) within Oracle HRMS. âą Conduct requirement gathering sessions, document business processes, and identify system gaps. âą Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure successful delivery and user adoption. âą Provide functional support, process documentation, and user training where necessary.
âą Minimum 7 years of experience as an Oracle HRMS Functional or Business Analyst Consultant. âą Strong understanding of Oracle HRMS functional modules and HCM process workflows. âą Proven ability to design and implement complete business process cycles. âą Solid analytical, documentation, and communication skills. âą Ability to assess and validate solution feasibility within Oracle HRMS. âą Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
