📋 Description

• Own recruiting and selection for Claude Corps from candidate sourcing through accepted offers and handoff to onboarding and program delivery teams • Build recruiting plans for each cohort, including fellow requirements, timelines, sourcing, selection, staffing, and tools • Own hiring forecasts from application volume through accepted offers and provide weekly progress and risk views • Adjust recruiting plans based on results and provide recommendations to leadership and partners • Keep program leadership and partners aligned on sourcing, selection, staffing, and hiring progress • Manage selection from application review through accepted offer using eligibility requirements and evaluation criteria • Train screeners and interviewers and improve screening questions, review guidance, and interviews • Ensure candidates receive clear expectations, timely updates, and consistent follow-through • Lead the Senior Manager, recruiters, screeners, and coordinator • Set priorities, shift work as deadlines change, coach the team, develop leaders, and plan cohort staffing • Help the team use AI appropriately while retaining human judgment for decisions • Partner with Marketing on application volume, quality targets, and qualified candidate sources • Establish recruiting steps, response times, and handoffs with program partners and onboarding • Build scalable processes for larger cohorts • Achieve cohort hiring targets, establish effective sourcing, maintain selection quality, support timely offer acceptance and onboarding handoffs, and develop the team

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading early-talent or high-volume recruiting at scale, owning the hiring plan, candidate pipeline, team, and results • Ability to work backward from hiring goals, track candidate progression through each stage, plan staffing, and explain variances from plan • Experience building new candidate pipelines and partnerships and demonstrating which sources led to hires • Experience building and leading a team, including managing managers • Experience improving selection processes and training interviewers to apply consistent standards • Experience using recruiting tools and AI to handle more hiring while maintaining candidate quality
