📋 Description

• Build and ship features for North, Cohere's AI workspace platform • Develop autonomous agents that interact with sensitive enterprise data • Write and ship minimal code for low-resource environments with highly stringent deployment mechanisms • Re-invent solutions when necessary because security and privacy are paramount and popular libraries or tooling may be unavailable • Collaborate with researchers to productionize state-of-the-art models and techniques

🎯 Requirements

• Have shipped lots of fullstack code in production using Python and React • Ability to execute in fast-paced environments with changing priorities and objectives • Experience working in both large enterprises and startups • Strong coding abilities and comfort working across the stack • Ability to read, understand, and fix issues outside the main code base • Experience building and deploying extremely performant client-side or server-side RAG/agentic applications to millions of users • Bonus: love of art, an eye for design, and a creative mindset • Portfolio, GitHub, or other project showcases are a plus
