📋 Description

• Design, build, ship, and maintain customer facing workflows and agentic automations • Own features end-to-end from technical design to launch and iteration • Collaborate with Product, UX, ML, and Sales to validate requirements and prototype quickly • Work with customers in finance domain • Develop interfaces that integrate with financial data sources and enterprise tools • Extend agentic platform capabilities for finance-specific requirements • Develop collaborative workspaces with access controls and data isolation • Own technical decisions balancing speed, quality, and user needs • Use AI actively while being accountable for quality and reliability

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in full-stack product engineering • Built, shipped, and operated production software used by thousands of users • Strong product judgment, attention to details, and deep understanding of end user needs • Ability to excel in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities • High agency; quick learner who drives change autonomously • Ability to troubleshoot and fix issues across systems • Capability to document and track architectural proposals and decisions • Excited to use AI while being accountable for systems built • Experience integrating AI agents with structured workflows • Bonus: Experience in financial services or regulated industries • Bonus: Familiarity with agentic AI architectures and implementation patterns • Bonus: Knowledge of access control in complex systems
