📋 Description

• Build and manage engineering teams in the Compliance domain to guide development of features, services, and infrastructure. • Plan, design, develop, and test software systems or applications for software enhancements and new products, including cloud-based tools. • Design scalable systems using modern cloud technology and industry best practices. • Collaborate with engineers, designers, product managers, and senior leadership to turn product and technical vision into roadmaps every quarter. • Integrate services with Retail and Institutional product teams to drive customer benefits and maintain Compliance program. • Debug technical problems, improve deployability, operability, and diagnosability. • Review feature designs across product area and company for cross-cutting projects. • Own security, safety, scale, operational integrity, and architectural clarity. • Build pipelines to integrate with 3rd party vendors. • Build event driven system architecture. • Lead multiple engineering efforts in parallel while maintaining high service quality standards. • Create and enforce processes to improve engineering quality, AI adoption and high impact delivery. • Recruit engineering talent and maintain high bar. • Contribute to processes that drive engineering quality and meet SLAs. • Be a technical voice aiding architectural decisions and fostering culture of high-quality code.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in software engineering. • At least 2 years of engineering management experience. • Hands-on coding/review, on-call rotations, incident leadership, triaging/troubleshooting. • Experience designing, building, scaling, and maintaining production services; service-oriented architecture. • Experience with Golang, Python, Docker, Kubernetes, Postgres, MongoDB, DynamoDB. • Familiar with product and design lifecycles; collaborate with designers, engineers, product managers. • Write high-quality, well-tested code. • Passion for building an open financial system and crypto/blockchain knowledge. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
