📋 Description
• Own end-to-end delivery of complex token and wrapped asset initiatives • Build and operate Go services and smart contracts • Drive improvements to the asset transformation and migration pipeline • Partner with Trading, Custody, USDC, Compliance • Lead on-call ownership for team services • Strengthen team engineering quality by onboarding and coaching junior engineers
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering with proficiency in at least one backend language (Go preferred) • Hands-on blockchain experience (smart contract development, onchain integrations) • Experience with distributed systems (APIs, event-driven architectures, data reconciliation) • Track record of owning complex projects with autonomy • Utilizes generative AI responsibly
