• Own the technical strategy, architecture, and roadmap for the FinHub Tooling platform • Drive an AI-first approach to internal tooling • Build high-reliability systems for various teams • Lead cross-functional alignment for technical roadmaps • Strengthen team engineering quality through mentorship
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering • Demonstrated ownership of technical strategy and roadmap • Proven ability to drive execution on complex initiatives • Track record of elevating team technical quality • Experience architecting internal tooling or operational systems • Utilizes generative AI responsibly
