📋 Description
• Execute capital deployment, rebalancing, supply, and borrow actions across DeFi protocols • Monitor interest rate fluctuations and identify inefficiencies • Manage institutional-grade multi-sig workflows and secure cross-chain bridging • Assist in daily reconciliation of deployed capital and collateral ratios • Monitor collateralization ratios and protocol-specific risk profiles • Maintain and improve quantitative models evaluating yield sensitivity
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years in financial operations, trading support, or treasury management role • 1-2 years of professional experience in Web3/DeFi • Deep knowledge of DeFi Protocols, lend/borrow dynamics, and yield mechanics • Proficient with block explorers and institutional infrastructure • Strong foundational knowledge of traditional finance principles • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets modeling capability • Familiarity with Python, SQL, or Dune Analytics preferred • Extreme attention to detail and calmness in fast-paced environments
