📋 Description

• Produce end-to-end short-form content for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts • Find strong moments in streams, tournaments, ambassador footage, and partner content • Select clips and create cuts, hooks, captions, sound, and platform-native formatting • Build a bank of usable content for current and future formats • Apply weekly performance-review feedback to future edits • Produce recurring formats and series while keeping edits fresh • Support tournament series, product launches, and partner collaboration campaigns • Manage the edit pipeline and deliver reliably against the content calendar • Use AI and modern editing tools to improve speed or quality

🎯 Requirements

• Portfolio of short-form content that went viral or drove significant reach, ideally in iGaming, poker, or an adjacent space, with measurable results • Genuine understanding of poker, including hands, coolers, bluffs, and reactions • Ability to source content independently from raw footage, streams, and tournament footage • Understanding of hooks, pacing, payoff placement, sound, captions, and platform-specific formats • Ability to produce content at speed and volume while maintaining quality • Ability to manage an edit pipeline against a content calendar • Fluency with modern editing tools and AI tooling
