• Own paid acquisition end-to-end. • Design and ship AI-native systems that compound. • Write, produce, and test direct-response creative. • Oversee SEO and content. • Partner closely with lifecycle. • Define and own the attribution model. • Own the outcome, full-funnel.

🎯 Requirements

• Bring 5+ years in performance marketing, growth, or marketing engineering at a consumer SaaS, fintech, marketplace, or DTC company. • Think in systems and loops, not tasks and tickets. • Have shipped systems in production, not demos. • Have written copy and produced creative that actually performs. • Own attribution and the read on what's working. • Are fluent across the modern AI stack without being religious about any of it. • Experiment fast and cheap. • Operate hands-on. • Move in days and weeks, not quarters.
