📋 Description

• Own the product roadmap for Build Forge, prioritizing CAD, PLM, and enterprise integrations • Develop a deep understanding of customer workflows, including revision management, BOMs, engineering changes, and design collaboration • Translate complex customer needs into clear product requirements and measurable outcomes • Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver intuitive, reliable integrations and platform capabilities • Balance customer-specific integration needs with scalable solutions for the broader customer base • Use customer feedback, adoption data, and business priorities to inform product decisions • Collaborate with Customer Success and stakeholders to support adoption and continuously improve the product • Work closely with customers, Engineering, Design, and Customer Success to identify opportunities, set priorities, and deliver measurable value

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in technical B2B software • Strong domain knowledge of CAD, PLM, or Mechanical Engineering Lifecycle workflows • Experience with platforms such as PTC Windchill, Siemens Teamcenter, Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE/ENOVIA, or Autodesk Vault • Understanding of engineering data, BOMs, revision control, and engineering change management • Experience translating technical customer problems into product priorities • Bonus: Experience with CAD plugins, PLM integrations, ERP connectivity, or engineering workflow automation • Meaningful experience in the CAD, PLM, or engineering software ecosystem • Understanding of enterprise engineering environments and customer problems • Ability to discuss revision management with engineering teams and make product tradeoffs with developers
