📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruitment across GTM and R&D, from intake and sourcing through offer acceptance • Build strong, diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and thoughtful candidate engagement • Partner with hiring managers to define successful profiles, calibrate expectations, and develop effective hiring strategies • Manage multiple searches simultaneously with exceptional organization, clear priorities, and consistent follow-through • Drive hiring velocity by identifying bottlenecks, improving processes, and keeping candidates and stakeholders moving • Run structured assessments that maintain CoLab's high talent bar and deliver a positive candidate experience • Use recruiting data and market insights to advise hiring managers and improve hiring outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive full-cycle recruiting experience, including significant experience hiring GTM talent in B2B SaaS • Experience recruiting across multiple functions; comfort navigating technical roles is important • Strong direct sourcing skills and a track record of engaging passive candidates • Exceptional organizational skills and experience managing competing hiring priorities • Ability to build trusted relationships, influence hiring decisions, and provide constructive pushback • Excellent communication skills, sound judgment, and a bias toward action
