📋 Description

• Help design and build CoLab's next-generation simulation review capabilities • Build services that ingest and process simulation data from industry-standard engineering software • Develop high-performance visualization experiences capable of displaying large simulation datasets • Partner with Product, Design, and customers to validate ideas before building them • Embed with the Engineering Reviews team to develop deep product and customer understanding before transitioning onto the Simulation team • Contribute to architectural decisions shaping the product area • Improve performance, scalability, and reliability as simulation capabilities grow • Collaborate with engineers across the platform to make simulation part of the broader CoLab experience

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years building production software in a modern engineering environment • Strong experience designing scalable backend systems and customer-facing applications • Experience building complex data visualization or graphics-intensive applications • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with teammates • Product mindset focused on customer outcomes and technical implementation • Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex ideas clearly • Experience with Finite Element Analysis (FEA), CFD, or other CAE workflows • Experience with engineering simulation platforms • Experience with CAD, PLM, or engineering software development • Experience with large engineering datasets and high-performance rendering
