📋 Description

• Manage and execute the technical activities required to design, develop, integrate, test, and field applications and cloud computing resources • Develop and maintain Application Program Interfaces (APls) • Customize CG-OWL User Interfaces • Gather CG-OWL user feedback • Conduct Operational and User Acceptance Testing • Report performance metrics to USCG • Address all defects found in the MLMS system • Update existing Sys/App Admin process guides • Assist Training Course owners to upload course material • Coordinate with Tier 1 and Tier 2 help desk • Provide Tier 3 assistance for issues • Keep process guides updated • Document and respond to all incidents in the primary USCG ticketing system

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field • At least five years' revelant experience • Possess IAT Level II certification • Knowledge of AWS, Linux, Python, PHP, and MongoDB
