📋 Description

• Install, repair and train customers on CNC Cutting Machine Products. • Test faulty equipment, apply knowledge of functional operation of electronic devices to diagnose the cause of malfunctions, and repair problems. • Write technical reports describing malfunctions and deviations from design specifications • Diagnose malfunctioned equipment. • Perform preventative/corrective maintenance on customer’s machines. • Communicate and troubleshooting with customers, programmers, engineers, technicians, and production personnel to resolve problems. • Includes communications with customer operators and maintenance personnel. • Make timely travel arrangements to accommodate customer’s needs. • Other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree in Electronic Engineering Technology or 2-3 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Prior experience with ESAB equipment a plus. • Able to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional & technical journals, and governmental regulations. • Excellent written and oral communications • Able to apply advanced mathematical concepts (formulas, scientific equations, graphs, schematic diagrams, etc.) • Able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds • Willingness to travel domestically (100%) with occasional international travel to support our customer. • Occasional Weekend work during large project installs.
