📋 Description

• Work closely with the founder, product managers, designers, and engineers to design and build a high-impact product • Build and ship critical features with attention to detail and long-term maintainability and scalability • Own features end to end, from shaping requirements and implementation to testing, observability, deployment, and production iteration • Contribute to and help shape the engineering culture as the team grows • Build Collectly’s core pre-service product for healthcare providers and patients

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience building and operating complex web applications in production environments • Strong experience building backend systems, ideally in Python using frameworks like FastAPI or Flask • Comfortable working across the stack • Experience with React is a strong plus • Ability to prioritize velocity and quality • Outcome-focused approach to solving customer problems • Preference for pragmatic, well-reasoned solutions • Comfortable owning features end-to-end • Reside in the United States • Visa sponsorship is unavailable
