📋 Description

• Provide structured technical and operational support for pilots and research studies • Validate environments, check configurations, prepare materials, validate devices, coordinate participant communications, and manage documentation • Confirm system readiness before pilot launches and report findings • Support live pilot and study administration virtually or onsite through coordination, troubleshooting, and real-time issue management • Capture pilot feedback and incorporate it into post-pilot documentation • Execute defined technical workstream tasks for Digital Assessment Platform initiatives • Perform Smoke Testing for AP and CRA administrations • Execute and document test cases, configurations, and validation steps • Maintain test logs, validation documentation, defect reports, and other tracking artifacts • Escalate risks, inconsistencies, and defects with recommended next steps • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards before review or handoff • Apply checklists, validation protocols, and quality controls • Contribute to retrospectives and identify process improvements • Coordinate with PDPM, Product, Technology, and Assessment Delivery teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • 2–4 years of relevant experience in project coordination, technical operations, digital product support, QA/testing support, or assessment delivery • Experience executing defined project plans with attention to detail • Experience maintaining documentation, tracking tasks, and supporting validation or testing activities • Ability to identify issues and document defects or risks clearly • Ability to escalate issues appropriately • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience preparing status updates, meeting notes, and structured documentation • Proficiency in MS Office Suite • Familiarity with JIRA, Smartsheet, or similar tracking and project management tools • Ability to travel up to 12 times per year to College Board offices or on behalf of College Board business • Authorization to work in the United States • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, stand for extended periods up to 4 hours at a time, and occasionally bend, reach, or kneel
