📋 Description

• Design and implement IVR/VRU solutions using Amazon Connect • Develop Amazon Connect contact flows and inbound/outbound voice call workflows • Implement contact routing and call flow orchestration • Troubleshoot voice applications • Develop RESTful APIs and integrations using Python and/or Node.js • Build and manage AWS services and infrastructure • Implement CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code • Use Git and AI-assisted development tools such as Devin AI

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Amazon Connect • Experience with Amazon Pinpoint, AWS Lambda, Amazon DynamoDB, Amazon API Gateway, Amazon SQS, Amazon SNS, Amazon EventBridge, AWS IAM, Amazon CloudWatch, and AWS Secrets Manager • AWS Step Functions preferred • Experience with AWS CloudFormation, AWS CDK, or Terraform • Amazon Connect contact flows • IVR/VRU design and implementation • Inbound and outbound voice call workflows • Contact routing and call flow orchestration • Voice application troubleshooting • Python and/or Node.js • RESTful API development • JSON • AWS SDK development • Git • CI/CD pipelines • Infrastructure as Code (IaC) • Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Devin AI • W2 employment profile required
